You can shop with us in confidence because we will replace or refund any garment returned to us provided it is unworn and still has its tags attached and we receive it within 30 days of receipt.

Non UK customers have an extended returns period, goods returned to us within 45 days of receipt will receive a full refund. If garments are returned outwith the refund period then a credit note will be issued which can be used against a later order. In the interests of hygiene, thongs and briefs cannot be exchanged or refunded.
 
NB Funmum do not refund any carriage charge as this is seen as a direct cost to the customer.
 
If you are returning goods, it is important that you obtain a "Proof of Postage" certificate from the post office as FunMum cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.   
 
 

Exchanges

 
If you would like to exchange your garment for a different size, length or a different style altogether then just write a comment on this despatch note detailing what you would like to exchange your returned garment(s) for and we will do the rest.  FunMum Maternity offers a FREE exchange serivce to all UK customers.

Returns

 

Garments being returned to Funmum Maternity are done so at your own expense. - To return your unwanted item(s) please follow the instructions below.

a)       Please tell us if you would like an Exchange or Refund.
 
b)      Pack your return parcel well with appropriate packaging material – you can even use the original packaging.
 
c)      Label the parcel using the address found below.
 
d)      Take the parcel to your local Post office and obtain a "Proof of Postage" certificate from the post office as FunMum cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
 
 
Please allow 3-5 days from receipt of a return for us to process the refund or exchange.
