How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta and Solo. We only charge your card when your items are ready to be dispatched, not when your order is placed
*All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£), euros (€) or US dollars ($). The prices quoted are exclusive of any other import duties, taxes, imports and/or levies that may be payable in relation to the goods.
What size should i order?
Through great design and clever fabrics, the funmum garments are able to be worn from just-found-out right through your pregnancy – and often beyond birth too! This chart will give you advice on what size you should order and how to measure up correctly to ensure your order will be a perfect fit.
How long does delivery take?
Here at funmum all orders placed before 2pm (GMT) are dispatched the same day, orders placed after this time are dispatched the following working day.
The delivery times and the delivery charge of your order may vary depending on the country your order is being delivered to:
UK Next Day delivery : £6.95 - aims to arrive within the next working day.
UK Standard Delivery : £2.95 - aims to arrive within 2-3 working days.
Republic of Ireland : €9.95 - please allow 3-7 working days.
Europe : €12 - please allow 5-10 working days
Rest Of World : £10 / $16 / 15.00€ - please allow 5-10 working days
*Please note that all deliveries quoted above are based on Monday-Friday working days so please allow for this when ordering. While we will endeavour to deliver products to you as soon as possible we shall not be liable for any failure to make delivery within the time estimate stated above.
*Customers who are accepting imported goods from Funmum may be liable for any local import duties that apply.

*Please note that we are not able to deliver to PO boxes.
How long does it take to process my returns?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, it can take up to fourteen days when we’re very busy however it tends to be much less. Over the last season we have brought down the average time it takes to process a return and we will continue to try and reduce it this season.
Can more than one discount apply to my order?
Only one promotion can be used in a single order, the one of greater value would be the one applied. Promotional codes and offers are valid in conjunction with sale prices. Gift vouchers are excluded from offers.
What happens if I return an item(s) and Ive used a discount voucher on the original order?
If you had to spend a specific amount in order to get the discount, and you then return an item bringing the spend below this specific amount, then the discount is no longer valid and is therefore voided.
Every care has been taken to describe items accurately, however slight variations may occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions, to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the text descriptions, colours or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
