HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta and Paypal. We only charge your card when your items are ready to be dispatched, not when your order is placed

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
At Funmum, we understand that judging your size during pregnancy can be challenging. Funmum maternity clothes are designed to fit true to size and to last through your entire nine months of pregnancy. We suggest ordering your regular pre-pregnancy size so if you were a UK Size 10 before you were pregnant, just order a Funmum size 10.
WILL THE SIZE I BUY LAST ALL NINE MONTHS?

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
All orders placed before 1pm (GMT) are dispatched the same day, orders placed after this time are dispatched the following working day.
The delivery times and the delivery charge of your order may vary depending on the country your order is being delivered to:
Standard delivery is 3-5 working days for UK mainland, but during busy periods or adverse weather this may take longer.
Next working day delivery is available for UK mainland deliveries placed by 1pm weekdays. Please note Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not working days.
EU & Rest Of World Delivery
International Tracked Delivery Service with delivery in 5 -10 working days.
*International Delivery available to over 60 countries
*Please note that all deliveries quoted above are based on Monday-Friday working days so please allow for this when ordering. While we will endeavour to deliver products to you as soon as possible we shall not be liable for any failure to make delivery within the time estimate stated above.
*Customers who are accepting imported goods from Funmum may be liable for any local import duties that apply.
*Please note that we are not able to deliver to PO boxes.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, it can take up to seven days when we’re very busy however it tends to be much less. Over the last season we have brought down the average time it takes to process a return and we will continue to try and reduce it this season.
CAN MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT APPLY TO MY ORDER?
Only one promotion can be used in a single order, the one of greater value would be the one applied. Promotional codes and offers are valid in conjunction with sale prices. Gift vouchers are excluded from offers.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN AN ITEM AND IVE USED A DISCOUNT CODE?
If you had to spend a specific amount in order to get the discount, and you then return an item bringing the spend below this specific amount, then the discount is no longer valid and is therefore voided.
